Chrystine Reilly is a seasoned Operations Manager with over a decade of experience in administration, operations, bookkeeping and human resources. A graduate of Tufts University, Chrys has worked across diverse industries, including higher education, psychological research, civil engineering and mental health advocacy. In her current role, Chrys excels at optimizing processes, project management, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Beyond her professional career, Chrys serves on the board of the mental health nonprofit Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey (CSPNJ) and works as a per diem grant reviewer for the NJ Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, contributing to the advancement of mental health services.
Outside of work, Chrys is an artist, animal lover, and avid bike rider, with a passion for creating lots of weird art and supporting meaningful causes.
